Job Overview
Seeking a strong and organized Facilities Manager to support onsite location in Cebu City. Serves as the primary point of contact responsible for the management and coordination of work projects and ongoing maintenance of work orders for the site.
This position will report to the Country Head.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Inspect site daily to ensure good repair of lights, fixtures, temperature, cleanliness, etc.Act on any noted issues and escalate to the landlord, custodial team, or service vendorsTrack and communicate work order/project statuses and completion to upper managementCoordinate site visits and agendas for clients/executivesProvide regular written and verbal communication to site leadership on Country Head’s behalfAssist with planning and executing site cultural eventsSelect vendors through a cost analysis to ensure the lowest possible priceOrder necessary site supplies and maintain inventory

3-5 years of proven experience in facilities/admin-focused positions involving vendor & inventory, and work orders managementTime-management skills and the ability to establish reaso
