ments to register as a new vendor, raise spend authorization, issue PO).Apply work permit for vendors who are coming for delivery or pick up.Check and update cleaner’s checklist.
Job Qualifications
Graduate/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or Business ManagementMinimum of 4 years-experience in Front Office/ Customer relations, administrative work, clerical/office work or in a related field is an advantageExcellent English communications skillsKnowledgeable in MS OfficeComputer proficientExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimum supervisio
nHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience using a multi-line phone system preferred
