Handle incoming calls and ensure channel to the appropriate person.To ensure all in order for new hire (Office access card, building access card, locker key and any other equipment).Keep track of general administration works such as monitoring stationery stock level as well as ordering supplies.         To manage and replenish office PPE stock, pantry supplies, stationery stock and others from time to time.To update the record of office recycling exercise, utility consumption (electricity and water) to be shared with office team.Oversee quality of Soft services such as housekeeping, pest control and supplies.Manage invoices, ensure commitment & payment records are maintained and that payments are received by vendors.Assist HR team for the employee termination process.Assist Procurement team to get quotation from vendors and raise PR in workday system.Well verse in Workday systems (raising requisition, get quotation, get documents to register as a new vendor, raise spend authorization, issue PO).Apply work permit for vendors who are coming for delivery or pick up.Check and update cleaner’s checklist. 

Job Qualifications

Graduate/Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or Business ManagementMinimum of 4 years-experience in Front Office/ Customer relations, administrative work, clerical/office work or in a related field is an advantageExcellent English communications skillsKnowledgeable in MS OfficeComputer proficientExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimum supervisionHighly organized and detail-orientedExperience using a multi-line phone system preferred
