Responsible for ensuring the Contract Logistics business to be properly organized by providing supportive functions such as Planning, Suppliers Management, Solutions and Implementation. Required to collaborate with
Business Development in providing contract logistics solutions and competitive rates from reliable suppliers, also with Operations in conducting and implementation project for a new client/business into practice. Provides a set of KPIs/SLAs/SOPs or other relevant procedures to run/monitor/manage the business setup after an operation's go-live. Assists with developing processes and procedures and ensuring consistency is followed throughout all areas of the Contract Logistics. Acts in a leadership role to create a positive atmosphere for employees to provide feedback, responsible for taking employees feedback to the next level.
