Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

100% Compliance to recruitment policies and proceduresCreate an effective sourcing strategy for recruitmentMaximize the resources at a very cost-effective wayAttends Job Fair when there is invitation or needs to achieve the number required by the companyMaintains efficient and effective communication lines with other teams and/or business units to keep them updated on progress/status of their manpower related queriesPrepares Recruitment Database.Do the employment verification & background check prior to on boardingOther tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

CAN START ASAPCAN work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig CityGraduate of BS Psychology or related courseWith at least 6 months to one year professional work experience in all aspects of Human Resources especially RecruitmentMust have basic computer knowledgeMust possess good communication skillsAbility to work with frequent interruptions and changes in prioritiesMust be a people personMust be pro-active and be able to work with minimum supervisionMust be flexible and ability to work in shifting schedulesWilling to explore different facet of Human Resources
