Every role in SEAOIL contributes significantly to the company. Here’s a summary of what you will be doing in this job:
- You prepare an optimal supply plan based on the demand forecast provided by other department.
- You ensure that no stock out is experienced and that you have enough buffer while waiting for the replenishment and for any spike in sales.
- Because of timely liquidation of Port Charges (in view of SLA and Leadtime guidelines), no delays in shipping the cargo to another port
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare an optimal supply plan from the demand forecast.
- Review and analyze price quote provided by the supplier, align with the team, negotiate and coordinate with supplier.
- Timely and accurate processing of Purchase Order in the ERP system.
- Ensure no stock out in all the depots nationwide, through proper planning and scheduling of replenishment.
- Ensure to coordinate with the receiving depots for the incoming deliveries.
- Ensure completeness of Purchase Order and reconcile with internal and external stakeholders.
- evaluate supplier's performance: timeliness of delivery, quality, customer service .
- Reconcile with counterpart in vessel owner/ Accounting the Port Charges Expenses of the chartered vessels.
- Recommend process improvement.
Job Qualifications:
B.S Industrial Engineering, Business Management (Any Related Course)Preferably with 2-3 years experience in the Supply ChainBackground in Inventory and Distribution ManagementWorking knowledge of web-ba
