Job Summary and Mission:
This job contributes to the success by managing system implementation and quality control for all equipment maintenance and repairs, dealing with outside contractors and service providers. This role also entails enforcing service levels from facilities service providers to ensure the stores maintain its’ first day look. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks Mission and Values.

Mo
nitor and implement work process and systems pertaining to Facilities section. This is to ensure prom
pt, accurate and cost-efficient resolution of various store concerns. Identify and facilitate accreditation of new service providers and suppliers. This will include service providers and suppliers’, training initiatives and performance appraisal and feedback done on an annual basis. Handles initial review of contracts, check quality standards and costs, and assess service reports of service providers and suppliers. Assist in punch out listing for o
ngoing co
nstruction of new and renovation of stores with agreed MEPF standards. Manages capital projects, equipment replacement, minor retrofit and enhancement, and other initiatives. Reviews bids and executes capital projects to completion. Manages regio
nal service providers and vendors for preventive maintenance contracts. Troubleshoots specific technical issues with the vendors. Manages the retail equipment service program. Establishes service level for stores, equipment technicians, co
ntractors and vendors. Provides reports to stake holders on status of respective capital projects. Arrange docu
ments and file system on a per store and per trade basis both printed and electro
nic copies to agreed shared folder to ensure accessibility by key stakeholders. Support Organization on various Sustainability programs geared towards reducing our enviro
nmental footprint. Render customer service to all customers (Store Partners, Support Center Partners and Patrons) with “customer first” attitude – anticipating their needs to create the “Third PLaxe” environment. Acts with integrity, ho
