PURPOSE

The position exists in order to lead the line crew in the installation and completion of Optical Distribution Network(ODN) and ensuring compliance to agreed Physical Testing Parameters. Build feeder network of completed ODN Network done by Contractors ensuring compliance to agreed Standards. Perform any OSP installation works as required. Reporting of completed and Accepted ODN facilities. Maintain activated network in the area assigned. Lead the line crew in performing preventive and corrective maintenance of the completed network. Interconnected Fiber Optic Cable(FOC) Network facility between the Feeder Network and the ODN Network. 

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY(B.S.I.T.) OR UNDERGRADUATE OF ANY ENGINEERING COUSE MINIMUM 3 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE IN OUTSIDE PLANT(OSP) AND AS TEAM LEADER KNOWLEDGE IN OUTSIDE PLANT ENGINEERING AND CONSTRACTION

COORDINATION

COORDINATES TO SUPERVISOR AND HEAD FOR FASTER COMPLETION OF THE onGOING PROJECTS. ENSURING ALL PROJECT TO BE DONE IN TIME.

SUPERVISING THE WORK

RESPonSIBLE FOR OVERSEEING THE WORK DONE BY THE TECHNICIANS WHO ARE REQUIRED TO INSTALL, MAINTAIN OPERATIONS IN GEOGRAPHICAL AREAS.

RELATIonSHIP MANAGEMENT

WORK AS PART OF THE SUPERVISORY TEAM TO SHARE IDEAS AND IMPROVE OPERATION, RECOMMENDING, SUPPORTING AND IMPLEMENTING ConTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT ACTIVITIES.

FIBERCUT RESTORATION

RESPonSIBLE FOR EMERGENCY CALL OUTS AND TO PERFORM EMERGENCY evalUATION AND REPAIR TO LESSEN THE DOWN TIME.
