Job Description

Position Summary

Provides and assists in implementing standards, real estate, administrative and maintenance support to the Facilities and Engineering Manager. Supervises strategic implementation of works and overall site management.

Functional Responsibilities

Ensures third party contractor's strict adherence to Facilities policies, systems, and procedures including maintaining the service level management of the site. Ensures implementation of maintenance and repair programs of all company-owned and leased physical assets and equipment:   UPS electrical equipment and distribution systemBMS & Card Access SystemUtilities and plumbingFire protection/FDAS and FM200Office and system furniture.Assists in real estate related programs such as, but not limited to: project evaluation, project management, renovation works, maintenance works, securing government permits, PEZA related adherence, sourcing/accrediting/recommending contractors, business analysis and other administrative functions.Assists in budget, CAPEX and OPEX.                                          Provides administrative support such  as documentation and file management, contract and vendor management.                                                                         Space and seat management.                                                                                        Acts as second in command to the manager.                  Coaches, mentors, develops and motivates team members and takes corrective action when needed. Fairly appraises staff performance against set performance standards. Creates a career plan and development plans for team members.
