QUALIFICATIONS:
• With at least 10 years of experience in Property Management, preferably with experience abroad
• Must be Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance programs and energy conservation practices
• Experienced in financial, vendor and contract management
• Effective communications and presentation skills
• Strong work ethics
