Bee Healthy Trading & Distribution Inc is looking for an Assistant Secretary who will provide high-level administrative support to the Director. The person will be in charge of handling multiple projects at a time; which may include: sourcing, project implementation, & relationship building. 

The right candidate will have a never-give-up attitude & a strong desire to finish projects without the need for follow up. Mastery of multi-tasking is a must.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Performs clerical and administrative tasks for the DirectorSources & negotiates pricing for supplies on behalf of the company Performs additional duties as assigned by the Director of the company.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Experience:

At least 1 year of experience is preferred, but not required.
