Country Operations Head (HVAC)

Qualifications

• Degree/Master’s degree of Engineering Mechanical or Equivalent

• Technical and Customer Management Skills

• HVAC maintenance including chiller plant and Airside

• Experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) business

Main Responsibilities

o  Supporting the General Manager (Project Manager) for all technical related issues in the customer contract discussion period.

o  Review & evaluate preliminary customer information and the desktop savings.

o  Review an audit plan with audit team, NDA (if any) and risk assessment then submit to customer.

o  Create a checklist or template to make sure the audit team collect all the information during details audit.

o  Create project cost benchmarking template both local and oversea. To make sure that the estimate project cost is competitive and close to actual cost.

o  Review the audit energy savings & the cost with Headquarter.

o  Submit the final energy savings & the cost to SLT for get the approval then working and support GM (Project Manager) to complete the customer proposal.

o  Working with audit team prepare the HOD to project team when get the project awards from customer.

o  Review the internal project timeline with project team and support them to achieve the plan.

o  Plan, brainstorm and support the performance finetune team to achieve energy savings target 100%

o  Review the monthly savings report with team and customer to release the invoice on time.

o  Work with Asset team to make sure the ongoing improvement efficiency is clearly action plan and timeline.

o  Work with Asset team to do proper maintenance planning (M/Q/H/Y).

o  Work with Asset team restoration of services with service level agreed and customer upon fault notification.

o  Keep tracking and report overall site efficiency to HQ and make sure that overall performance is higher than 100%.

o  Keep percent high of customer satisfaction.

o  Control workplace with safety and 0 incident.
