Initiation Phase:Drafting & preparation of MEPF Schematic Drawings (SD1 or SD2)Prepares project quantification & costing in BCB format.Prepares VE list/presentation for Build projects.Planning Phase:Drafting & preparation of SD2 and FCD projects based on CSD modelPrepares Quantity take-off & costing for SD2 & FCD and to verify with the bid documentsReview & Comments on CDR (Clash Detection Reports)Execution Phase:Site Operation Work Execution - Project Site Visit and InspectionRecommendation of solutions regarding design issues based on site conditionsJob Qualifications:Licensed Mechanical EngineeringMinimum of 3 years working experienceKnowledgeable in RevitWilling to work in Quezon City
