If you want to contribute to our success and develop in a professional environment - grow with us!Duties & ResponsibilitiesYou will be the key contact for our clients regarding production support & consultancy and help manage the relationship Analyse problems and issues which occur in our product at clients to provide convincing and timely solutions to our clientsAdvise and service our clients independently by providing solutions related to the usage of the product and beyond regarding business-related or technical requirements to ensure that the clients use it in an optimal, future-oriented wayEstablish and maintain a network at several levels at the clients incl. management and be regarded as a trusted advisor by the client to foster a mutually beneficial partnership long-termDeliver consultancy and support on a wide range of topics onsite/remotely and tackle issues in new areas of expertise to provide ad-hoc answers and solutionsCo-operate closely with other professionals within the company on a local or global level to ensure efficient solutions for the clientsInitially you will be trained and mentored to become a generalist of the productYou will be based in Manila and will be required to work on weekends/Public Holidays from time to time. Working extended hours might also be required on occasion. Some travel to our clients (local and international) or head office in Denmark may be required from time to time Position requirements: Minimum 6 years’ experience within asset management, insurance, superannuation funds, funds management or custodianYou have experience in any financial sector in front to back-office operationsKnowledge or high interest in financial issues - theoretical as well as practical You have excellent analytical skills and are used to working in a structured wayYou are good at working on & prioritizing multiple tasks at the same time Service-minded and ability to thrive under pressure A degree in finance or economicsStrong communication skills & people skills and fluency in English (spoken and written)
