Responsible for OSP projects in the Philippines (including backbone network and FTTX and other networks), as well as optical cable and ODN and other materials business development, program formulation, product selection, bidding and sales-related support, design product specifications to meet customer needs, and provide reasonable technology Plans and quotations, and facilitated the signing of contracts. Responsible for the achievement of the sales target of the project.

l According to the needs of customers and projects, be responsible for organizing the output of OSP, ODN project-related optical cable, and ODN product solutions and quotations, and assisting in signing contracts;l Responsible for the preparation and review of project-related product selection plans to enhance project competitiveness;l Communicate product requirements with customers, customize products, make product specifications and operation manuals, and complete product certification;l Remote/onsite support project sales, track and manage project progress and execution, and be responsible for overall sales targets, order acceptance, tracking, and completion of project revenue;l Responsible for the promotion and guidance of product and service design schemes, and participating in customer presentation and communication of major projects;l Responsible for customer FTK project guidance, demand collection, bid preparation, and bid support;l Familiar with the construction plan of the optical cable outer line project including Ariel, HDD, buried, duct, micro-trench, air blow, etc;l Familiar with fiber optic cables, LCP, NAP, closure, ODF, hardware, pole, duct, manhole, handhole, etc.

Performance Standard

l Customer communication, demand collection, solution customization, solution guidance;l Product customization, documentation, and product certification;l Presentation and bidding;PO follow-up, enforcement, and changes.

Job Qualifications

l More than 3 years of work experience in telecommunication field.l More than 3 year work experience in OSP solution engineer or strongly related positions.l Proficiency in FTTX , backbone OSP network skills.Excellent communication skills and team management skills.

Willing to assign in BGC and to travel anywhere in NCR
