Escalation point for the Level 1 Support Engineers.Provides immediate customer assistance for emergency and urgent fixes.Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot authorized desktop applicationsInstall, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for printers, UPS, headsets, computer hardware, and any other authorized peripheral equipment.Customize desktop hardware to meet user specifications and site standards (Hardening Procedure).Provide support to users relating both hardware and software problems on their perso
nal computers.Escalate issues and involve experts wher
ever required in order to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
