POSITION DEscriptION:Assists in print and distribution of documents as neededAssists in scan and upload of documents according to company procedureAssists in the collection and registration of all technical documents i.e. drawings and blueprints in the databaseAssists in the review and update of documents for maintenance and quality controlKeep other personnel updated on new document versions and how to obtain accessHandle records across various departmentsAssists in the creation of templates for use by other personnelMaintain confidentiality regarding sensitive documentsEstablish and maintain record retention timelinesAssists in managing project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and storedAssists in direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emailsCommunicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectivesSPECIAL SKILLS:AutoCAD and MS OfficeQA/QC and safety processAbility to multi taskADDITIonAL PROFESSIonAL SKILLS:A plus if with at least 1 – 4 years of working experienceWith exposure to an industry related to Oil & Gas, Petroleum, Chemical, Petrochemicals or equivalentSkills – Organizational and project management skills, MS office applicationsKnowledge in design software including AutoCAD and Revit
