Job Purpose
•Responsible for handling, controlling, and overseeing the over-all performance of accounts or specific portfolio assigned.
•Manages the flow rate of accounts thru efficient and effective collection follow-ups with the objective of curing these accounts and preventing them from further flowing to higher bucket delinquency.
• evaluates and assists cardholders in resolving service issues that results to non-payment of accounts.
Job Requirements
•College graduate of any business course
•Preferably with collection or customer service experience in a credit card or any financial services company
•Good oral and written communication skills
