The Senior Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of the development, recommendation, implementation, and maintenance of administrative policies and procedures and provides administrative services tovarious departments/business units. Heads the Facilities Management Group to ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are achieved. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Makes strategic business or operational financial decisions based on available facts, constraints, and probable consequences to profitability and targetsControls, directs and analyzes budget assignments and organization's/team’s financial (billable hours, Overtime, SOA, etc.) activities and budget to ensure operational efficiencySets and monitors operational budget assignments for the group through intelligent and selective approval to ensure compliance to finance goals and policies.Guides and/or organizes activities/programs that build cooperation and collaboration among team members ensuring completion of division's goals and objectivesSpearheads and implements process improvement initiatives/project, innovation processes, quality and issue resolution to continually improve on quality and customer serviceLeads the design and implementation of activities and process improvement initiatives/project, innovation processes, quality and issue resolution to continually improve on quality and customer service and to enhance the delivery of business servicesPlans, strategizes and analyzes overall management/allocation for the unit ensuring all resources are managed effectively and efficiently, and provides recommendations on available resources (such as manpower and supplies) and utilization of supplies, materials and equipment, and utilities consumption thoroughly to ensure implementation of capacity requirements/resource allocation and budget appropriationDevelops, reviews and initiates procedures/methods and plans to come up with effective performance management tools and streamlining projects that will improve the department’s performance as well as well as the servicesVerifies and recommends budget requirements which includes but are not limited to manpower, labor cost, seating capacity, etc.Widens and applies in-depth knowledge and skills in Engineering to review and approve construction, repair, and maintenance plans and prepare and review recommendations when necessaryReviews, controls and manages comprehensive Site Development and Maintenance Projects for the enhancement and maintenance of Site Facilities/BuildingPromotes and plans for the learning advancement and expert & in-depth knowledge of engineering and technical works (incl. electrical, mechanical, plumbing, architectural etc.) for building and facilities maintenance to facilitate the timely and accurate implementation of programReviews and approves all facility-related plans and policies prior to implementationReviews and recommends policies for the implementation preventive maintenance program for Site Facilities, Facility Systems and EquipmentJOB SPECIFICATIONS:Graduate of Electrical EngineeringMust be a Registered or Licensed Electrical EngineerPreferably with excellent oral and written English communication skillsMust have at least 8 to 10 years of experience in management of facilities design, planning and construction.Must have solid technical expertise in the maintenance, development and operation of various facilities and equipment utilized in a BPO industryMust have a mastery over construction projects & project managementMust have expert knowledge on Client ManagementMust have superior ability to build relationships and promote an environment focused on team development and continuous improvementMust have experience in establishing and shaping teams and strategiesMust have excellent leadership and people management skillsMust have excellent negotiation and interpersonal skillsMust have solid business and data analysis experienceMust have excellent problem solving, presentation and innovative skillsMust have excellent time management and coordination skillsMust be highly resourceful and creativeMust be proficient in MS Office applicationPreferably with a background in financials, pricing and/or profitability
