AECOM is seeking a ProjectWise Administrator to be based in Manila, Philippines

AECOM is expanding the management and administration of our ProjectWise solutions and support team and is seeking an experienced ProjectWise Systems Administrator. The role will be a key part of our growing Digital Solutions team based in various geographies, as we support AECOM projects enterprise wide. To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate initiative, focusing on the best outcomes our users require across the project lifecycle. Strong technical skills are required to provide our users the highest level of service in support of our data platforms and workflows.

Strong people, management, communication, technical and writing skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Support company-wide administration of our ProjectWise platform, including engagement with users across all aspects our business.Perform activities such as installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and deploying upgrades, updates and patches including the maintenance of the various data sources, environment templates and work processes, as well as developing and updating procedures that enable designers to work as an integrated team regardless of location.Work with project and business stakeholders to define configuration.Develop content for user training.Coordinate with external platform providers and with AECOM IT to troubleshoot issues related to supporting application infrastructure.Ability to handle high-pressure situations, especially when dealing with complex mega-project requirements across numerous stakeholders.Support major projects with little to no supervision, while coordinating and directing other administrators as necessary.

Minimum Requirements:

5-10 years’ experience administering ProjectWiseAn understanding of relational databases, including administration, operation, and maintenance, along with a working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory is an advantage.CAD Management and/or CAD/Industry knowledge is an advantage.Experience in the use of authoring tools for engineering design and construction simulation.

Qualifications:

B.Tech in Computer Science or Master in Computer Applications.
