The CSA can understand/solve technical challenges and is able to contribute to design and optimization of IT architecture solutions.​

The CSA communicates as trusted advisor and interacts professionally with diverse internal and external stakeholders from technician to executive management level.

Designs based on Reference ArchitectureCustomer satisfactionMeeting deadlines, milestones, KPI, SLA or similar metricsPromotion of designs based on standard solutions and reference architecture
