Roles & Responsibilities:
• Opportunities to work with our client, a trusted Global Semiconductor Solutions Company in the world..
• ATE based testing (J750, Flex, ETS 364 / 88 / 800)
• Hardware design experience – Load boards / probe card design (Power, Digital, Mixed signal, or RF), knowledge
• ATE test program development and debug
• ATE test methodologies development for debug and characterization
• Statistical data analysis and reporting. Production line lot disposition exposure is a plus
• Comfortable in handling the rack and stack equipment’s such as Oscilloscope, power supplies, multi-meter, signal generators
• Develop full chip & IP test methods, ATE program development, and 1st silicon debug Digital, PMIC and Mixed signal products
• Collaborate with worldwide cross-functional teams including designers, software, manufacturing and product engineering, as you drive for test capability throughout the entire product development cycle.
• Drive test optimizations to reduce test cost, enhance product quality, improve manufacturing efficiency and accelerate manufacturing stability.
Skills:
• Degree in Engineering
• Good in basics of Electrical and Electronics Concepts, good communication skills and go getter attitude.
• Should have good analytical and problem solving skills, ability to express new ideas, interpersonal skills
• Good electrical circuit debug and report capability, should be able to debug circuit using schematics
• Proven experience in ATE test development
• Strong Electrical engineering fundamentals with ability to identify suitable test equipment & test methodology requirement to perform Test and Characterization
