Primary Functions:

Drives process, materials and equipment development for new products from Design and Development Engineering.Set-up preliminary manufacturing requirement for new products.Support new product transfer activities.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, Materials Engineering, BS Physics or Instrumentation EngineeringPreferably with relevant work experience in product and process development.Technically skilled and can perform DOE and analyze results, can analyze material properties and do simple electronics troubleshooting.Versatile and fast learner, must have positive disposition, good leadership skills and results-oriented.Fresh graduates with above average academic records are welcome to apply.Preferably with US visa.

Other Requirements:

Analytical, critical thinker and sound decision makerExperience in optoelectronics components assembly and application is an advantageGood understanding of manufacturing requirements
