Job Description

Job View:

The Project-in-Charge manages and coordinates all aspects in different phases of the project. From the pre-construction stage, construction stage up to post-construction phase. Provides leadership and directs all groups involved in the success of the project.

Qualifications:

Graduate of Electrical Engineering/ Electronics and Communications Engineering.Must be Registered/Licensed Engineer.At least 1-2 years of experience in related field.Experience performing technical functionsFamiliarity on Security Technology SystemsTeam LeaderPreferably residing near Cebu City

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists the Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager in the supervision of the assigned project.Monitors and assures that project is constructed in accordance with plans and specifications.Directly responsible in the implementation of all structural and architectural requirements.Implements safety standards for construction in accordance to industry practices.Prepares billing certifications or endorsements;evaluates and prepares change orders or claims for approval.Prepares and monitors owner supplied materials requirements.Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnelAnalyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projectsAssign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestonesHold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projectsDetermine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiativesResearch and evaluate hardware and software technology options and weigh the cost/benefit analysis when making large purchases on behalf of the companyRecruit and train exceptional employees to fulfill posted positions within the technical departmentUpdate and maintain all production technologies ensuring proper maintenance and installation
