Job Description

OVERSEE DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS: Provide day-to-day supervision of the Human Resources staff

• VALIDATE & CHECK HR TRANSACTIonSConduct daily checking & follow-through on daily transactions

• REVIEW HR REPORTSReview completeness & accuracy of HR reports

• SUPPORT STORE OPERATIonSProvide policy advice & guidance to all employees requiring assistance

• REVIEW PERFORMANCE-RELATED FORMSCheck completeness & accuracy of performance related forms to facilitate HR action

• REVIEW EMPLOYEE SEPARATIONS/EXITS & CLEARANCESReview completeness & accuracy of employee separations & clearance

Qualifications:• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Admin/Management• With at least 1-2 years of experience in general HR (Compensation and Benefits etc.,• Good communication and interpersonal skills• With pleasing personality, flexible and able to multi-task• Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours• Willing to be assigned in SM Makati Full-time positions available
