As a member of the Engineering Operations Team, the Requirements Administrator will be responsible to plan and coordinate the requirements engineering activities together with the stakeholders . based in Cebu, Philippines, this full-time position will report to the Engineering Manager.

The Role

Plan and coordinate the requirements engineering activities together with the stakeholders (e.g. Software Team Leader, Hardware Team Leader, System Test Leader, ...)Establish and configure the Configuration Management PlanPrepare and maintain the Requirements Management PlanInterface to the Customer to plan and coordinate Stakeholder requirementsPrepare and maintain the requirements database and optimize requirement management activities using DXL scriptsManage the configurations (e.g. DOORS attributes, views, access rights, link modules, ...) and baselines in the requirements database established in the projectGather and import/export the stakeholder requirements clarificationsPrepare and analyze reports and 

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's degree in EngineeringHigh level of Communication, Moderation, and Conflict Resolution skillSystematic and Self-confident

Preferred but not mandatory

Knowledge of the Requirements management proceduresKnowledge of the Configuration management tools used in the organization & project (i.e. Subversion)Knowledge of the Requirements management tools used in the organization & project (i.e. DOORS, TeamCenter)Knowledge of the change management tools used in the organization & project (i.e. JIRA)
