Job Summary:
Investments Operations Associate is responsible in verifying/quality checking documents received from the different queues each day. This includes new account set-up and maintenance, client information changes including banking set up, processing transfers of accounts, processing purchases and withdrawals, reconciliation of accounts and etc., The information on all these requests must be processed accurately. The integrity of the data is depended upon by the Operations Department as well as trading, which is why absolute accuracy is a must.

Responsibilities
Perform Quality Control on documents and process the requests based on the procedures and guidelines given. Ensure that the application is in good order, rejecting incomplete documentation to the representative with an explanation if necessary.
Process non financial or financial transaction or requests accordingly.
Prepare and file weekly and monthly report.
Such other duties and functions as assigned by Operations Management.
Minimum Skills Requirement to Hire:
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (Open to Fresh Grads with Finance/ Accounting course)Background in financial industry is preferredAmenable to work on Night Shift that starts at 8pm/9pm
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel)Computer literate – booting and shutting down computer, using mouse and keyboardKeyboarding skillsAt least 30 words per minuteAt least 90% typing accuracyMathematical aptitude
Soft Skills:
