FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER
Reporting to: Service Manager (in Manila)
Prime Responsibilities:
1. Install, commission, service and overhaul all HEUFT Systems in Asia Pacific Region according to the service schedule from the Service manager and service officer
2. Create service reports, upload in HEUFT portal and send to Manila office
3. Encode each time sheet and send to Manila office
4. Provide TeleService in the global HEUFT TeleService system
5. During office time assigned by the Service Manager to call customers and check by phone the running condition on site, create a memo about the Phone Conversation, send it to the Service manager and take action in case a Service Intervention is needed
Qualification and Requirements:
1. A diploma in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics Engineering, industrial with computer background and at least 3 years intensive experience in the field.
2. Willing to do extensive travelling in the Asia Pacific Region and worldwide.
3. Well organized, detailed minded and able to work alone under pressure with time constraints.
4. Strong team player, self-managed and proactive
5. Strong logical thinking with willingness and capability to learn and with good moral and work attitude.
6. Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
7. Experience in commissioning and trouble-shooting of process equipment/systems is preferred
