We are hiring full-time Inbound Customer Service Representatives to manage customer queries, feedback and complaints in a timely manner. You will be asked to log all types of calls and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you must accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquires. Candidate also needs to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and comfortable with working with various CRM.
