DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles all service calls.Ensures encoding of all service calls received to Call Tracking Databa
se.Informs Service Analyst or Service Supervisors for service calls received.Coordinates status of service calls with Customer Relations Officers.Coordinates status of pending jobs with Service Analyst / Service Supervisors and Customer Relations Officer.Assists customers in trouble shooting of their equipment through the telephone.Ensures satisfactory delivery of good quality service to customers.Entertains all walk-in customers.Prepares Sales Order for walk-in customers.Assist and Perform the Parts coordinator in preparing docu
ments for Parts Ordering.Assist Customer Relation Clerk in submission of Proforma Invoice to customer.Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.-
