Candidate must have substantial work experience in a manufacturing set-up that involves planing, organizing, directing and executing all phases of Engineering and/or Production works.
Technical capability on installation, repair and maintenance of machinery and building structure is a plus factor.
Must possess basic leadership qualities such as effective communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
