QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Vocatio

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides service for the repair and disassembly/assembly of machine/genset electrical components, e
valuation on reusability of critical parts, measurements of dimensions, tolerances and alignment, prepares service report and survey, co
nducts preventive maintenance and technical analysis 1 within Service operatio
nal procedures and guidelines with objective of making units operatio
nal and achieving customer satisfaction.Respo
nds to customer needs and accurately performs required servicing job.Performs scheduled Preventive Maintenance on machines/power systems to maintain high equipment availability, prevent major breakdown, and minimize unnecessary repairs.Prepares and submits manual/formal service reports, liquidation, job time cards, and other docu
ments.Assists on actual and hands on training for Technicians, OJTs and Cadet Engineers.Co
nducts visual inspection (Technical Analysis Level 1), and assists on machines/power systems operatio
nal and diagnostic testing (Technical Analysis Level 2).Performs necessary repairs/overhauling on machines/power systems compo
nents and systems (lubrication, cooling, intake/exhaust, fuel and electrical).
