Responsible for the Tooling and Control Strategies of new and on-going projects
She is in-charge of:
v Manage the Tooling and Control Strategies Service and closely work with Department Manager to define continuous service improvement strategies.
v Measure and improve KPI related to Tooling and Control Strategies Service and facilitate periodic review of status and service performance.
v Responsible for analyzing customer operation requests, coding and testing of application tools required for service delivery.
v Assist internal Application Support, Data and System Integration teams by developing and maintaining tools to deliver functional solutions as part of complete integration workflow.
v Conduct basic scripting development and recipe management training, provide technical interface and support to internal and external customers.
