Responsible for the daily supervision of the NOC to ensure that all performance and contractual requirements are being met.

Administers staff and service functions that provide 24x7 support and service to the organization.Oversees operations and administrations of the organization’s internal/external escalation chain with proactive status to clients. Supervises 6 or more associates in jobs with network, systems administration and DBA. Co
nducts performance e
valuation of members. Recommends solutions to a variety of day-to-day challenges. Includes root cause analysis.
Job Specifications:
More than 3 years of experience leading a NOC and/or Service desk functio
nFunctional understanding of network support, systems administrations and databa
se activities.Working experience in supporting 24x7 mission critical network and server operations with familiarity to Ticketing system.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
