1.1.1 Prepare estimate and quantity survey of various materials for Electrical Works of all projects of Picar Development Inc.,
1.1.2 Perform Site Surveys and ocular inspections
1.1.3 Prepare electrical cost comparison and material price updating.
1.1.4 Prepare and consolidate contract bidding, evaluates bid and variation order.
1.1.5 Provide support to Technical Team and or Construction Team including Sales and Marketing Team
1.1.6 Perform overall quality control of the work and report regular status of work.
1.1.7 Cooperate and communicate effectively with project management and project participants to provide assistance and technical support
1.1.8 Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
1.1.9 Monitor and evaluate contractor’s daily activities and accomplishment.
1.1.10 Execute compliance to all technical standards of work safety.
1.1.11 Complies with all the documentation and reportorial requirements of the owner/client.
1.1.12 Optimizes use of site related resources.
1.1.13 Prepares project analysis and reports related to assigned duties and responsibilities.
1.1.14 Provide and implement designs from technical drawings
1.1.15 Responsible on electromechanical commissioning.
