Our team is composed of goal-oriented and strategic-thinking individuals and we are looking to add a Facilities Engineer who will manage the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities and equipment.If you are a Facilities Engineer looking to land that global career, do not miss this opportunity!As a Facilities Engineer, you will make work possible by ensuring the functionality of all office equipment and physical workplace.Key Responsibilities:Handle and manage the following:Leasehold improvement and facility upkeepProperty plant and equipment (UPS, Genset, ACU, etc.)Daily checking of office premises and facilitiesCoordinate with the different departments if there are changes in the seating plan and if mobilization of equipment and facilities are requiredEnsure that AMC for site equipment is being maintained regularlyProvide support for the compliance with Health and Safety StandardsMaintain a systematic filing of all service reports and AMC contractsMonitor and attend to the facilities and equipment related concerns that are raised through the internal ticketing system and accomplish within the agreed SLASupport the Project Team for Site Build-Out and RehabilitationQualifications:Registered Electrical or Mechanical EngineerWith at least 1 year of related working experience.Fresh graduates with required Licenses are welcome to applyWilling to work in a shifting schedule and extended hours (only if needed)Demonstrated project management skillAbility to design and compute electrical and mechanical plansBasic civil and structural building construction (interior and exterior)Able to communicate in a clear and professional manner
