Job Description

1. Project High Level Design/Plans

* Refers to projects covering IP core network routers, support DWDMs, and tie-fiber requirements

* assists the lead engineer in finalizing high level designs per project

* assists the lead engineer in finalizing BOQs per project

* assists the lead engineer in consolidating facility (power and space) requirement

* assists the lead engineer in coordinating with vendor, and other Globe internal teams for the requirements in completing the high level design per project

* Ensures all needed documents for a high level plan per project is complete prior cascade to other Globe internal teams

* responsible for tracking dependencies on concerned teams and following them up to ensure high level plans are completed within the agreed TAT.

2. BOQ processing

* Refers to projects covering IP core network routers, support DWDM and tie-fiber requirements

* responsible for uploading and processing of BOQ via Maximo

* ensures all items in a BOQ are approved by the project's lead engineer

* ensures all items are aligned in terms of cost and records in maximo

* ensures all necessary requirements (PR memo, BOQ, loaders, matcodes) to process BOQs up to PO issuance are consolidated and provided to required systems (Maximo) and internal Globe teams

3. documentation and Inventory

* responsible for ensuring all group documents (HLP / BOQs / etc) are updated on the team's internal folder/drive

* Consolidates all inventory records of routers and available POs issued to vendors
