JOB DEscriptION
o supervise, monitor and over all head for electrical projects
o able to produce as built electrical plans with sign and seal
o Creates and manages the detailed timeline for project execution and ensures that resources are always aligned with such.
o Optimizes utilization of available resources to deliver project activities within the required timeframes and agreed quality and scope
o Identifies, monitors, and manages project risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans until project implementation and closure.
o Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and contingency plans.
o Supervise and forecast all project delivery schedules
o Liaise closely with senior managers within the company's organization and other contractors, design firms, 3rd party suppliers on board to the project. Coordinate, manage client expectations, explain and updates
o Monitor and check all documents incorporated to the service department
o Ensure team goals and objectives are being carried out
o Implements effective strategies on possible time-saving measures for the projects.
o Recommend standard guidelines or procedures for the improvement of the team
