QualificationsCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in supplier /EMS environment with strong knowledge of manufacturing process and production environment.With experience in quality requirements audit, process verification, control system and analysisWith positive working attitude and integrity in dealing with suppliersExposed to ISO9001 and familiar with other quality systems VDA 6.3 auditing/TS 16949Familiar in Problem Solving tools such as Global 8D, SPC, FMEA MSA, APQP/PPAP, QC tools & PDCA conceptWith Customer Focus and willing to deal with peoplePreferably knowledgeable in Mandarin LanguageSpecificationsResponsible in supplier coordination for quality assessment, qualification audit, report generation, follow through of actions, validation and closureFacilitates interaction between IMI and Supplier or even with CustomerShall take the lead in resolving quality issues related to materials and working within IMI and Supplier in identifying the root cause.Drives continuous improvement program, participation/ lead in company group/team activities such as data gathering, analysis, report generation, presentation, etc.Monitor and review quality performance in order to ensure quality products
