Job Description

Job Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any Business or Science course.At least 3 years experience in the processing of Zoning Clearance, Locational Clearance, Building Permit, Occupancy Permit, related LGU or Barangay Construction permits/clearances and applications related to water and electric utility.Must have good negotiation skills, trustworthy and able to communicate on different levels of social status.Should be willing to travel either by personal car or through available public transport.Can work with minimal supervision and provide regular report to his/her direct supervisor.

Job Description:

The primary role of the Permits Coordinator is to initiate early application of pre-construction, construction and post-construction permits including but not limited to the following:

ECC and LLDALocational Clearance​ SUP​ Building Permits​ DPWH Clearance prior to construction​ BFP Clearance prior to construction​ Occupancy Permit processingWill be the focal for gathering required documents for permits application (drawings, TCT, Lease Agreement, signed forms, etc.) from other department and within Engineering team (RBD, Design Team, etc.).​Will be the owner of the document Management process, making sure that a process is in place for the inventory, recording, receiving and releasing original and copied documents. Maintaining a “master inventory” for easy reference and audit of UNIOIL critical documents.​Act as first point of contact for application, issues and concerns on government construction permits and compliance.Coordinates with the relevant stakeholders for the next course of action, and if needed shall conduct site visit and communication to the involved Government Office/parties to determine the details of the concerned and provide recommendations for action to Management.Shall provide regular (weekly) report on progress of permits application, document inventory and other concerns related to his deliverables.​Performs other related compliance and permits actions and responsibilities as agreed with his/her immediate supervisor.
