Job Description

1 POSITION TO FILL

Position: Intermediate Role

Work Type: Full-time

Set-up: Onsite

Schedule: Day Shift

Location: Three Ecom Center, Bayshore Ave, Pasay, Metro Manila

Client: AU Insurance campaign

Qualifications:

·        At least 2-3 years Experienced Employees handling data and/or financial analysis function

·        Experience working directly with company or customers based in Australia is an advantage

·        Knowledge & Experience in using MS Word with exposure in creating document s using templates as well as its further revision.

·        Knowledge & Experience in using MS Excel with exposure in creating/building templates as well as its further revision.

Preferences:

·        Advanced Knowledgeable on MS Excel applications including experience with pivot tables, analyzing and formatting data, use of filters, managing workbooks, creating charts & graphs, reference and lookup functions

·        Strong understanding of data manipulation, data relationships, spreadsheets and queries

·        Strong analytical, problem solving, time management and organization skills with ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced / time-sensitive environment with good attention to details

·        Above average written and verbal communication skills

·        Above average numerical and analytical ability

·        Above average communication and collaboration skills

·        Self-starter with entrepreneurial desire to grow

Job Responsibilities:

·        Administrative work and Support

·        Manage company database and compliance documents

·        Update director’s addresses and comply with ASEC

·        General day to day support, governance and compliance

·        Solid legal experience is not required

·        Confident, attention to details, provide support for day to day admin.

·        Will be dealing with ASIC (Australian Securities and Investments Commission) registers and portals

·        Submit a number of forms, manage number of policies and procedures

·        The company has no library; candidate should be able to establish a library of documents

·        Will be dealing with internal stakeholders and departments; will not have interaction with PSC’s external customers
