Job Description
As an Electrical Engineer in this division, the candidate will encounter many hands on tasks in electrical and communication wiring and troubleshooting of Building Management Systems, focusing mainly on the Air Conditioning System. The position will mainly reside in field work and people/project management.

Project / Team Leader.Plan and schedule daily works.Device Termination and Configuration.Trouble shooting and checking of functio
nality of devices and whole system.Communicate with co
ntractors and costumers on site.Effectively troubleshoot, analyze and identifies automation problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve the problem.Replace and adjust defective or improperly functio
ning modules, devices and cables.Test electro
nic module and devices using standard test instrument and analyze results to e
valuate performance.Prepare and submit activity reports relating to the job done.Performs other duties as directed relating to automation co
nstruction project such as installation of computers, co
ntrol panels, module, devices, cables and terminations.
SKILLS:
Knowledge in Troubleshooting of devices : Required skill(s): DDC control, VSD, Actuators, and HVAC Devices using modern techniques, skills and tools.Knowledge in three-phase motor co
ntrolCapable self-starter who takes initiatives to solve problems.
