Development, Prototyping and Design for Manufacturing
Kaertech manufacturing is located in the Philippines. In order to facilitate the transition from the design phase to the development and production phases, a development team is also located in the Philippines in the same building as the manufacturing.
Even as Design Centers take the lead on product definition and architecture, development teams are involved from the beginning. Engineers in the Philippines can produce fast prototypes on some of the same tools used for mass production.
Kaertech prototypes meet final design and manufacturing requirements so there is no redesign phase when transferring to the design validation phases. The continuity of involvement from the same teams ensure a smooth transition between phases. The lead engineers that participate in product design stay remain active on projects though the whole industrialization cycle.

Kaertech Design Centers in Paris, San Francisco and Hong Kong work closely with our customers on product definition, system architecture, industrial design and logistics. Kaertech is in a unique position to propose solutions that meet customer requirements and ensure the hardware design is sound and devices are manufacturable in volume and certifiable.
Manufacturing
With some of our lead engineers based in the facility products are manufactured in, mass production ramps are smooth. They ensure products are built consistently per the requirements and that yield gains are not made at the expense of quality.
Our assembly line operators are highly skilled and participate in the optimization of the production line and of every standard operating procedure.
Partnership
Kaertech has established partnerships with leading engineering firms to address any need, be it for industrial design, acoustic testing, micro mechanical design, optics or optimized thermal design.
On the manufacturing side, when our production capacity is reached, we partner with leading Original Design Manufacturers or Contract Manufacturers with the ability to produce millions of units monthly and maintain the same quality standards as Kaertech’s own manufacturing.
