Job PurposeResponsible for the monitoring and resolution of incoming chargeback / disputed transactions by other Issuing Banks.Ensures timely coordination with the corresponding merchants and representation of documents / dispute responses or remedy are accurately taken within prescribed turn-around time to avoid financial losses.Handles the regulatory fulfillment in terms of monitoring and accurate reporting of the cardholder’s disputed transactions to STR, preparation of RCL (Reports on Crime and Losses) and reviews of AMLA Merchant Credit Red Flag on the set timeline.Job RequirementsGraduate of Accounting or any business coursePreferably with accounting backgroundKnowledge on chargeback rules through MasterCard, Visa and JCB, UPI TrainingPreferably worked in a credit card company or related business for at least 1 year, with disputed and chargeback handling experience is advantage
