Collaborates, confers, and deliberates with the Equipment Supervisor to generate strategies in achieving the departments goals and objectives in support to chemical and paints plant facilities operations and other affiliated offices. Investigates, e
valuates and generates strategies, programs and other equipment engineering initiatives. Endorses, proposes, deliberates, and co
nfers strategies, programs and initiatives to Equipment Supervisor and/or FEED Manager to be implemented in the equipment engineering section. Collaborates, confers, and deliberates with Equipment Supervisor in generating, and analyzing strategies to achieve departments goals and objectives in support to POS machine operations. Investigates, gathers data, analyzes, and generates strategies and other initiatives in related to all P.O.S machines to be implemented in the Dispensing Section. Discusses, deliberates, confers, e
valuates, and proposes to Equipment Supervisor the strategies and other initiatives in related to all P.O.S machines. Cooperates, participates, and works with the Equipment Sr. Supervisor and FEED Manager to develop and implement a SMART KPO/KPIs for dispensing. Investigates, studies, gathers data, analyzes, generates, and proposes computations, designs, and drawings for all in-house Service Request as approved by the Equipment Supervisor. Discusses, confers, deliberates, and submits to Equipment Supervisor all accomplished Service Request Charters relating to the Service Request
Job Qualifications:
Must be a Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer1 to 3 years of experience in the same industry or equivalent.Willing to work in Mandaue City.
