JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for providing assistance for Project Manager/Highest Ranking Officer in overall direction, planning, implementation, completion, and financial outcome of the project.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing the overall performance of the project in the absence of the Project Manager on Site.
Creating and analyzing budget for the assigned project, including the execution of project work plans.
Monitoring of the project progress in accordance with the committed timeline and budget.
Managing the implementation of the project needs such as but not limited to manpower, tools, and equipment, vehicles, permits, funding is ready and/or requested in a timely manner.
Ensuring safety protocols are implemented.
Reporting of project updates/progress.
Participates in internal and external meetings.
Maintains good business relationships with the clients by ensuring concerns and queries are properly handled.
Lead and direct the work of the team members ensuring quality output and timeline are achieved.
Establish/Define/Promote values, expectations, and performance standards for team and individual members in accordance to project expectations and the company's policies and procedures.
Conducting project meetings with team members in coordination with HQ and Site Support Services Group.
Assures operational and manpower adherence to client, company, safety, and statutory rules and regulations.
Provides strategies and interventions to ensure handled projects are cost-efficient, quality standards, and within the timeline.
Actively conducts regular meetings with operations and support groups covering all concerns and shall yield synergy within the group.
Conducts periodic audits of the site to ensure standard operating procedures and safety measures are fully implemented.
Participates in policy and process development. Implement and administers processes, activities, and programs.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Immediate Head and/or Management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management or any closely related field
Three to five years of industry-relevant experience
Familiarity with OSP installation standards
With proven telecommunication experience in OSP works, implementation, and project construction management or equivalent
With professional license is a plus
A professional driver's license is a requirement
Must be residing in the Visayas Area
