· Service and Maintenance of Advent Fuel Cell systems including fuel cell modules, cabinet, electronics, and mechanical components.
· Remote monitoring of installed equipment for operational parameters, performance, fuel consumption and planning preventive maintenance.
· Support customers to keep availability and performance of fuel cell systems in best condition.
· Being part of the help desk team to support customers for questions of running, fueling and adjusting their systems.
· Troubleshoot fuel cell systems with remote analysis together with experts in the service team.
· Case by case, visit the site for troubleshooting on the spot and doing preventive maintenance.
· Keep customers data basis, records up-to-date and create documentation and technical reports.
