JOB DEscriptION:

Responsible for providing direct planning and supervision for store engineering activities, which include the following:

Electro-mechanical equipment operation and maintenanceEngineering project managementSupport to tenant's technical requirementsPromotion and implementation of store-wide safety regulations and policiesdocumentation of all engineering related activities 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

With a degree in BS Electrical / Mechanical EngineeringLicensed Electrical and Mechanical EngineerWith at least 1 year direct experience in electro-mechanical maintenance or construction works and at least I year engineering experience in a supervisory capacityWith good working knowledge of national and local building codes and safety standards
