Act as product champion and subject matter expert for our Workiva partnership with the Wdesk product. You will become an expert in Wdesk for our business.Coordinate activities of all operatio

Experience
At least 3 years work experience in product management / project management and related experience.Highly skilled in MS Office specifically MS WordWorking knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator) is highly preferred

Responsibilities:
Become expert in all aspects of Workiva’s Wdesk applicatio
nDirectly liaise with Workiva technical teams to ensure smooth operation of deploymentLiaise between internal departments and clients to ensure effective operation of platformIdentify and manage launch of improvements to existing product.Day-to-day issue resolution for internal work groups and clientsMeasure and analyze existing products for opportunities to innovate and improve in positioning, features, etcReview relevant Wdesk user docu
mentation and ensure that all changes to products are communicated clearly internally and externallyIdentify opportunities for quality improvements, integrate customer feedback into product design and enhancements, work with operations to improve overall product quality.Co
nduct product Training, demo and or Tutorial to external and internal users.Regularly serve as a technical/application resource for others within the organization who need understanding on various product issues.Work with Marketing team, and organization leaders on development of client relevant product material and collaterals
