• AV Technician – Supplier shall provide labor and material required to operate the meeting room service and provide including but not limited to:
o Manage booking of Unilever meeting and conference rooms
o Support the planning and set up of meetings/events as required;
o Management of meeting room, video conferencing bookings and hospitality requests;
o Ensure Unilever host visitors to meeting rooms or office areas;
o Daily preparation/arrangement of all meeting rooms to agreed standard;
o On-going refresh of meeting rooms and ad-hoc meeting areas throughout the day
o Daily check of all meeting rooms for any issues and/or building and service faults;
o Ensure good cable management, eliminating trip hazards;
o Carry out any minor audio-visual repairs (replace cable, etc.);
o Liaise with IT provider on any equipment faults / failures;
o Liaise with AV equipment provider for purchase of parts or additional equipment needed and as may be approved by Unilever
o Provision of meeting room utilization statistics;
o Ensure stationery stores within meeting and conference rooms are well stocked and tidy;
o Support the set-up required for internal gatherings such as town hall meetings, university roadshows, parties, etc.;
o Manage manual cancellations and reallocation of meeting and conference rooms.
