Job Description:Attends pre-bidding and bidding conferences and other meetings that would clarify issued documents or concerns regarding a proposed project.Does the actual Site Survey for the proposed electrical, structured (data & voice) and auxiliary cabling installation requirements upon acceptance of Request For Action (RFA) and Action Request Form (ARF) form from Sales Group or other concerned departments;Makes a design/single line diagram on the proposed electrical, structured and auxiliary cabling installation requirements;Estimates the local (quantity and cost) and imported (quantity) materials needed for the proposed electrical, structured cabling and auxiliary cabling installation requirements;Makes the detailed scope of works for the proposed project that would include clarification or extent of works involved, considering site survey/s conducted and discussion/s or coordination/s made with the owner or his authorized representative;Coordinates with the client or the client’s representative on the start and implementation of awarded projects;Release Purchase Request for all materials needed for the project.Review and study all plan, term of reference and design guidelines provided by Client to ensure completeness of the designed and Proposals.Job Qualifications:College graduate in Electrical Engineering course with RME and/or REE License/sPreferably with at least six (6) months work experience as this is an advantage in discussing Technical issues of the Proposal to the Client; Computer literate and has Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects; Must be proficient in AutoCAD
